The Science
The Food Intolerance test is a non-invasive method using an electromagnetic machine that works on a physics principle. You will hold a conductor in one hand, while a stylus (pen) is used on the other hand creating a circuit on an acupuncture point. The machine works by measuring the body’s resistance to each food as it is introduced. A full explanation and demonstration will be given at your consultation.
Accuracy
Accuracy is paramount when testing for food intolerances. The machine has an industry standard rating of 80% which increases to 90-95% with knowledge, expertise and experience. The test is followed with an elimination diet and phased reintroduction of foods – this is the only 100% accurate method of identifying food intolerances. Root Cause
